    Dr. Izumi Hinkson is a Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research Scientific Project Manager working at Accelerating Therapeutics for Opportunities in Medicine (ATOM), a public-private partnership with the mission of transforming drug discovery by accelerating the development of more effective therapies for patients. Izumi is a former American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Science & Technology Policy Fellow, and she holds a doctoral degree in Chemical & Systems Biology from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis.
