Abstract

These are the functions used by the PORTS software suite for computing texture metrics. Three example scripts are included as a tutorial for use.

 

v1.1 (PORTS_20160411) -- Minor bug fixes and included a third example script that illustrates DICOM reading and interpolation of non-cubic voxels into cubic voxels.
