Description

This document describes a protocol for assessing the effect of a nanoparticle formulation on the basic immunologic function of human lymphocytes, i.e. measurement of lymphocyte proliferative responses (1, 2). This assay will allow for measurement of a nanoparticles’ ability   to suppress leukocyte proliferation induced by phytohemaglutinin (PHA-M). This protocol is a modification of part B of the NCL ITA 6.1 (formerly NCL ITA 6).
