Specifically, the research assistant will identify appropriate volunteers, screen, interview and recruit candidates into the study. They must be familiar with inclusion and exclusion criteria for each protocol and purpose of the protocols.  The research assistant will also conduct and coordinate the different steps for the research participants including: database management, cold calling and answer incoming calls for data base entry; contact and screen prospective subjects to determine eligibility for clinical trial participation; and follow-up on various recruitment tasks to ensure the timely completion of the study recruitment.
