| The 2017 National Institutes of Health (NIH) Future Research Leaders Conference (FRLC) is a career-development opportunity for talented early-career biomedical and behavioral scientists from diverse backgrounds. During the FRLC, selected early-career scientists will showcase their research to the NIH scientific community and gain insights from NIH leadership and investigators about developing an independent scientific career. The event is most appropriate for post-doc and junior-faculty level investigators. Investigators who are underrepresented in the biomedical and behavioral science workforce are strongly encouraged to apply. Travel and lodging expenses will be supported. The conference application deadline is April 28th, and reference letters will be accepted until May 5th. |
